    1. I totally agree, working more as a creative person isn’t a good way to measure our productivity. I always feel bad when I work 4 hours, having been productive (like writing an article), yet not “working enough.” The 8-hours industrial-era myth needs to die, we need a new parameter for success — output. The question is how we measure it.

      For creative people, I think that’s number of words, number of designs made, or anything that makes progress towards a project or goal. While that doesn’t measure quality, the true measure of productivity, it’s at least something.
