ICP Match (Who)

The ICP is the “ideal customer profile.”

In other words, is your service designed for the person you’re pitching?

If you’re selling B2B services, you must pitch not only the right company, but also the right person within that company. 

Value (What)

Value is simply your offer. Does your service solve their problem?

And if it does solve their problem, how well does it solve their problem?

Credibility is also a factor that impacts the perceived value of your offer. 

Do they believe you’ll actually deliver on your promise?

Timing (When)

Do they currently have that problem? And if they do, is it at the top of their priority list?

For example, someone might say they want to be healthier, but they likely won’t take action if they don’t view it as a priority.

When you nail all three of these, selling becomes effortless.
